This Privacy Policy explains how FRDTLAB and Amanda Friedt ("we," "us," "our") handle information in connection with theunapologeticleader.com and frdtlab.com (the "Sites"). We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about the rest.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, book a conversation, buy a product, or email us, you may share your name, email address, payment details, and anything you choose to tell us. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics (tag G-1TGNWXQ27S) to understand which pages resonate. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics denied by default, so no analytics cookie is set until you choose Allow on the consent banner. Decline and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. Our host and the embedded third-party tools below may also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as described in their own policies.

4. Text Messages & WhatsApp

If you give us your mobile number through a form that offers text or WhatsApp updates, you are opting in to receive recurring automated marketing messages from The Unapologetic Leader at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and standard carrier rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. We use Klaviyo to manage and send these messages; your number is processed under Klaviyo's terms.

5. Cookies

We set no analytics cookie unless you choose Allow on the consent banner. If you do, Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies; if you decline, none are set and only anonymous, cookieless signals are sent. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the banner back. Embedded third-party tools (such as Calendly, Stripe, or Klaviyo) may set their own cookies when you use them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run the Sites, or when required by law. If you are a California resident, you may opt out, request access, or request deletion by emailing hello@frdtlab.com and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@frdtlab.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor valid requests.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

9. Children

The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here.
