These Messaging Terms cover text message (SMS/MMS) and WhatsApp communications from The Unapologetic Leader and FRDTLAB ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Opt-In & Consent
When you provide your mobile number through a form that offers text or WhatsApp updates and confirm your consent, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages from us at that number, including new letters, offers, event and mentorship updates, and reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm you are the account holder or have authority to opt in the number provided.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and what we have to share. We aim to keep it meaningful, not constant.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Standard carrier rates and your plan's terms apply.
4. Opt-Out & Help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@frdtlab.com. For WhatsApp, reply STOP or block the number to opt out.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's and WhatsApp's service.
6. Your Privacy
Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. We use Klaviyo to manage and send these messages; your number is processed under Klaviyo's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and your choices.
7. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here.
