The Mission

Move the money to the good people.

Good people help good people, and good things happen. This is abundance with a direction: value flowing back to the ones who actually build, lift, and give.

Women gathered around a table in Detroit, laughing together over a shared meal.
Why this exists

When good people win, everyone downstream wins.

The mission is simple: move the money, and the capability, toward the builders, the family-owned, the mid-market, the ethical operators. The good people. When value lands in good hands, it doesn't stop there. It feeds the next builder, the next family, the next kid, the next cause. Not charity. A current, pointed the right way.

Spread the love. One percent at a time.

How it works

Fill the cup. Pour the overflow.

You can't pour from an empty cup, so first we fill it. Real work, real income, real momentum for good people doing good things. Then the overflow pours out, into the next builder, the next family, the next kid, the next cause. And the overflow funds the next fill.

It loops. Good people help good people, and those people help the next ones. A massive shift made of small ones. One percent at a time. One leader. One business. One ripple.

My part in it

I'm one node in this.

I'm rebuilding my life after divorce, and I bet the whole thing on this. A big, joyful, slightly terrifying leap of faith. I'm raising boys, running a loud and full house, and doing the work I believe moves money into good hands. Not from fear. From watch me.

So when I say the deal is flexible, I mean it with my whole chest. You bring something good, I bring the work, and we both walk away with fuller cups than we started with. That is the mission in a single handshake. And it doesn't stop with me. When your cup is full, you fill someone else's.

How it bends

It fits who you are.

Equity or project

Let's talk equity and project work. I bet on builders I believe in.

Cash or trade

Cash is great. Trade is great. I am genuinely open.

How value moves

It takes more than money.

Money is one way to move value. There are so many more, and it flows both directions. Here is what fills a cup, half joking, fully open.

Where the overflow goes

This is what a full cup pours into.

Coats in winter. Classrooms with what they need. Rooms where women remember who they are. The money moves, and this is where it lands.

Think Cher from Clueless with a revenue model.

The teacher who refused to write anyone off. We build wealth in good hands, we have an absurd amount of fun doing it, and then we pass it on. Bring me something good. Then bring it to the next person.
