Ninety days.

One mentee means real attention, not a cohort and not a course. We meet every two weeks across the ninety days, and the work is yours: the decision you keep circling, the thing you are carrying that was never yours, the version of you that is ready to lead differently. Between sessions, the door stays open for the thing that will not wait.

• Someone who has been the one holding it together, now in a real transition: leading, rebuilding, or becoming.
• Someone carrying too much who is ready to set part of it down on purpose.
• Someone who wants a thinking partner, not a checklist, and will do the work between sessions.
• Someone honest enough to be in the uncomfortable part with me.
